There is a colleague in the area that I have not had a lot of love for in this area. This week, I am going to meet him for coffee and totally surrender any preconceptions, motivations, and attitudes toward this person. I am meeting with the complete intention of showing my love for this person and hoping to strengthen the relationship and prevent future miscommunication.
